Getting into veterinary school is a long and difficult process for most
pre-veterinary students. Pre-veterinary clubs bring together undergraduate students with the same dream
of becoming a veterinarian. Just as your pre-veterinary club is your support group to keep you focused
on veterinary school, the American Pre-Veterinary Medical Association is here for your club. We bring
together pre-veterinary students from all across America and soon, from all across the world.
The benefits of being a member of the APVMA include:
- Attending the National Symposium
- Exposure to lectures addressing the broad scope of veterinary medicine
- Exposure to hands-on experience in various laboratories
- Opportunities to visit different veterinary colleges
- Connecting with other pre-veterinary students
- Connecting with veterinarians & animal-related health professionals
- Will receive quarterly newsletters via email
- Connections with other pre-vet clubs
- Access to scholarships, club & individual awards
To become a member of the APVMA, you can download the membership
